At Mimi Live, we are committed to building a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community for everyone. These guidelines help ensure that all users can have a positive experience.

1. Respect Others

Treat Everyone with Dignity

Be respectful to streamers and fellow viewers. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Sexual or explicit content
Violence or graphic content
Hate speech or symbols
Content promoting illegal activities
Harassment or threats
Personal information of others (doxxing)
Spam or misleading content

3. Streamer Responsibilities

Set a Good Example

As a streamer, you have a responsibility to your audience. Stream appropriate content, moderate your chat, and create a welcoming environment.

Follow local laws and platform rules while streaming
Do not stream under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Maintain appropriate dress code at all times
Do not encourage viewers to engage in harmful behavior

4. Chat Rules

No spamming messages or emojis
No advertising or self-promotion
No sharing of external links without permission
No impersonation of other users or staff
No excessive caps lock usage

5. Gift System Ethics

Do not use gifts to manipulate or harass streamers
Do not request refunds for gifts sent voluntarily
Do not trade virtual items for real-world goods or services

6. Reporting Violations

If you see someone violating these guidelines:

Use the in-app report feature
Email us at safety@indzbw.com
Provide as much detail as possible (screenshots, timestamps)

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in: Warning → Temporary suspension → Permanent ban. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent ban without warning.

8. Appeals

If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may appeal by contacting appeals@indzbw.com within 14 days.
