• Virtual currency (diamonds) purchased on Mimi Live has no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual gifts are non-refundable once sent.
• Streamers receive a percentage of gift value as outlined in the Streamer Agreement.

All content on Mimi Live, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of Mimi Live and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
